Kennedy is responsible for asset management of the portfolio investments of Chestnut Funds. Kennedy’s primary responsibilities are monitoring performance of the funds investments, interfacing with property managers and partners to ensure investment strategies are implemented, and coordinating on all leasing related matters. In addition, Kennedy is also involved in investment due diligence.
